Hello and welcome to CDA ( Coeur d Alene ) Sushi! We have the best assortment of Nigiri and Sashimi. All of our Sushi assortments come with a free bowl of Miso Soup. Our Sushi Chef's are world renound, each one trained in Japan.

Here are a few styles of Sushi that we serve:

• Nigiri-Sushi: Is individual slices of fish or other sushi type items on top of pads of rice.
• Sashimi: are sliced fish served with a bowl of regular boiled rice on the side.
• Maki-Sushi: is rolled sushi that include handrolls like temaki.
• Chirashi-Sushi: is My Favorite! Its fish and other sushi type items that are served on top of a bowl of vinegared sushi rice. Amazing.
• Oshi-Sushi: are squares or rectangles of pressed rice topped off with vinegared or cooked fish, made inside a wooden mold. ( Some people use spam cans. Seriously. )
